    • The 'N' word is used quite a lot, this is re-appropriation, as they have taken the word, put it in a different context and gave it a new power, and made it seem less offensive in a racial way as they owned it.
    • It encouraged killing police people.
  • Politics
    • The song is a campaign for rights and equality for black people.
    • The treatment of young black American men by the police in LA.
    • It also mocks the court system, suggesting that they are unfairly treated.
Straight 'Outta Compton Theatrical Trailer
  • N.W.A's music off their first album was played in the background, yet the added a piano to make it more dramatic, it has to be more dramatic as it would target and maintain an audience.
  • Traget audience's
    • Older teenagers interested in rap and hip hop.
    • This is a Biopic film, as it is a true story (yet more dramatised and changed for a good story line), so N.W.A fans would want to watch the film.
    • Social Justice Movements, (BlackLivesMatter).
  • Fast paced editing, and the music in the background creates a more wow affect on the audience, it seems really exciting, its got family drama, guns, comedy.
  • It shows many serious topics about society, and gets it across to a wide range audience.
  • This trailer is a criticism of society.
  • Not coming straight on screen rapping Fuck The Police, ensures a larger audience, it includes lots of censorship.
  • The film has a much better message than just 'Fuck The Police'.
